Dorothy Waters is pursuing her M.S. in Environmental Policy at The New School in New York City, and is the Operations Director for Green Life Guides. She began at the company as a writing intern, and fell in love with the idea of using business as a way to spread awareness about how products and practices can help keep people and the planet healthy.
Before coming to the GLG, Samantha worked with E/Magazine, facilitated aquatic restoration projects for the Westchester County Department of Environmental Planning in New York, and taught trail building and conservation ethics to student groups with the Student Conservation Association.
Green Life Guides has been the perfect place to combine her background in conservation with her interests in writing and environmental education. The change that people can generate when they believe wholly in what they are doing continues to amaze her every day.
